Contrast d.o.o. as a manager of personal data, handles users' personal data responsibly and carefully, in accordance with the accepted General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and other regulations in this area. It processes them for the purposes of carrying out activities at the request of the user (preparation of information, offers, etc.) before the conclusion of the contract, for the implementation of the contract, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the operator and for legitimate interests, which also include direct marketing and mediation, including the processing of personal data companies that are related to the controller.

Personal data of users, which controller Contrast d.o.o. and its affiliated companies give their express consent to the processing of personal data, which the operator obtains in the context of the lawful performance of its activities, while Contrast d.o.o. and its affiliated companies also processes it for the purposes of informing about personalized offers, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Terms of Contrast d.o.o. (available at the headquarters and on the website www.contrast.si), until the user revokes consent to processing for the purposes specified in this paragraph. Company Contrast d.o.o. processes personal data that is necessary for the performance of contractual services, the contractual party of which is the individual to whom the personal data relates. These personal data are: first and last name of the person concluding the contract, place of residence of the person concluding the contract, e-mail address of the person concluding the contract, telephone number of the person concluding the contract and tax number of the person concluding the contract.

Why the company collects and processes personal data

The purpose of personal data processing is:

  • We collect information about your first and last name and address for the purpose of preparing an offer and further business cooperation
  • We collect phone number information for the possibility of informing you about order confirmation, service services, order-related services or providing other necessary information related to your inquiry/order
  • We collect e-mail address information for the purpose of informing and responding to your inquiries, informing you about news, providing information, informing you about changes

Company Contrast d.o.o. does not disclose and does not forward or sell personal data to third parties.

We require our service provider to protect your personal information. Our service provider may not and is prohibited from using or disclosing your personal information for any reason other than to operate the system.

How long does the company store personal data

The company stores your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the obligations from the contract for which the data is processed.

We destroy and permanently remove personal data that we no longer need for current business and for legal reasons, and delete it from all our records as soon as you notify us in writing that this is your request.

Final Provisions

This statement on the protection of personal data comes into effect on September 1, 2022. The company may change, supplement, harmonize, correct, etc. this statement in a way that reflects its business policy and complies with applicable legislation.
